This policy explains how Motor Accident Psychology NSW handles the information you provide. We treat enquiries about something as personal as your health with care.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, and anything you choose to tell us about what you are looking for. You do not have to share clinical details, and we ask you not to include sensitive health information beyond what is needed to help connect you with a psychologist.

How we use it

We use your details only to help connect you with a SIRA-experienced psychologist in NSW. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing. We do not publish practitioner contact details, and practitioners listed do not receive your details unless connecting you with them is the purpose of your enquiry.

Keeping your information secure

Enquiries are handled through our lead-capture service. We keep your information only as long as needed to help with your enquiry, and take reasonable steps to protect it.
